Shipping and Handling Policy
Orders will usually be processed within 3 business days. Delivery can be expected within 4-10 business day. Next Day shipping is extra. Please order gifts early enough in advance to allow for processing and shipping.
Return Policy
If you must return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Click here to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Describe the problem or the reason for the return.
- Please provide the order number of the merchandise being returned.
- Pack items and return US Priority or UPS.
- No returns will be accepted C.O.D. or freight collect.
Returns:
Exchanges are accepted at no additional cost except for shipping fees. We will pay shipping charges on returns in which we made a shipping error, or where an item was defective or damaged during shipping.
No refunds are permitted on food item.
All sales are final after 30 days from day of purchase.
